Push It to the Limit!

So Thursday Update cause i didn’t post yesterday.

Woke up, nommed on some larabar, coffee and a sample bite of cookie

and went to the optometrist. Then came home and completed… Day 3 of the fitnesssista’s SSU. SPEED TRAINING!!!!

OMG this kicked my ass, but felt good. I think it also made me super hungry through out the rest of the day. 🙂

Day 3: Speed

Option 1: On the track or trail
-Run moderately for 5 minutes to warm up
-Sprint for 45 seconds
Walking lunges for 30 seconds
-Jog 2 minutes
Bench push-ups for 30 seconds (use bleachers or a tree)
-Jog 1 minute
-Sprint 45 seconds
-Bench tricep dips for 30 seconds (use bleacher or do on the ground with legs bent or straight out in front)
-Jog 2 minutes
High knee skips for 45 seconds
Squats for 45 seconds
Butt kicks for 45 seconds
-Jog or walk 2 minutes (easy)
-Sprint 1 minute
-Tricep dips 30 seconds
-Jog 2 minutes
-Push ups 30 seconds
-Jog (easy!) 5 minutes
-Stretch and drink lots of water!!

From this, came home, showered and rushed off to the optometrist. Then stopped by Baja Fresh/Borders for some lunchie/caffeine (another doppio espresso w/cream, from SBC this time).

This salad was pretty good, but huge so I only ended up eating half as I rushed off to babysit. I tried to find the nutrition info for this online, but couldn’t. :-/

Once I got to the house, loved  babysitting the precious. Her dad left some One Speed pizza for me, so of course I had to eat some. One Speed makes such delicious food. Thin crust, light cheese, delicious pepperoni and fresh basil…. mmmmm…..

Then walked about 1.5 miles later in the day during my babysitting job with the little one and the adorable puppy. 🙂

After this, I went to Cheree’s house and chilled for a bit. She fed me as well… i need to stop associating with so many delicious makers in such a short span… lol…

Yum. Then we went to go watch Clash of the Titans. It was alright. The special effects were pretty good. Story line had some logical fallacies… so grrr. Returned to Cherry’s, and devoured the rest of my salad, as well as watched the tail end of the movie “North Country”. Charlize Theron is pretty good in this movie.

Then drove home, and got seduced by Jack in the Crack. Got a three items for three dollars deal. Plain Jr. Bacon burger, small fry and eggroll. I think my palate is changing a little, cause fast food sounds yummy, but then I eat it, and it seems lacking. Don’t think I will be going to jack in the crack again soon. :-/ Although… i will say… Jack in the Box’s nutritional info online is awesome. It even lets you see what the nutrition is for items that you personalize. I wish every where was like that. 🙂
