Lunge and Lift ( 2 sets, 15 reps)

Plie Squat (3 sets, 15 reps, 5 lbs per hand)

Pilates side leg lift (1 set, 10 reps front and back, each side)

– Hamstring raises (2 sets, 15 reps)

Frog Crunch (2 sets, 15 reps)

Run/Walk – 2.5 miles

Core Yoga w/ cherry and juju – 20 min podcast

Eats:

– Pepperoni Luigi’s Pizza w/Ranch

– Iced coffee from Lollicup

– Newman’s Ginger and cream cookies

– Handful of TJ Choco Chip Cookies

– Dark Chocolate Covered Power Berries

– Mexican feast: Carnitas, carne asada, crema and rice

My Boo

So today i basically just watched stuff with my boo boo. Seeker, anjelah johnson, nothing like the holidays, and some colbert.

As for eats

– Post work out snack: Fiber One Chocolate and Oats bar

– Some Frijoles charo, chile verde and carne asada for lunch with OJ.

-Snack time: Cheez-It party mix, TJ chocolate, mango sucker, random chocolate.

– Dinner: Slice of pepperoni pizza w/ ranch, rice, carne asada and chile verde

Eh Eh Eh Eh I’m So Hard!

So first thing i did this morning was eat some cereal

Kashi Honey Sunshine with 2% milk

Then off to the park with Cheree for workout time! We did the fitnessista’s speed training from day 2 again.

– Run moderately for 5 minutes to warm up

-Sprint for 45 seconds

Walking lunges for 30 seconds

-Jog 2 minutes

Bench push-ups for 30 seconds (use bleachers or a tree)

-Jog 1 minute

-Sprint 45 seconds

-Bench tricep dips for 30 seconds (use bleacher or do on the ground with legs bent or straight out in front)

-Jog 2 minutes

High knee skips for 45 seconds

Squats for 45 seconds

– Butt kicks for 45 seconds

-Jog or walk 2 minutes (easy)

-Sprint 1 minute

-Tricep dips 30 seconds

-Jog 2 minutes

-Push ups 30 seconds

-Jog (easy!) 5 minutes

Oh man… so sweaty…

Then came home and did some power yoga! 2o minute podcast. What what! Probably going to do strength training tomorrow, since the whole week has been kinda wonky.

Now time for hot tub and shower. Yeayuh!

Pomp, Circumstance and Crayons

Today was the graduation at the preschool. It was a fun, busy day. Woke up and helped mom prepare foods. One of my babies had to go to the doctor as well. This morning I wasn’t really hungry, (probably the jack in the crack so close to sleep sleep) so i searched for something simple but savory (cause that is what i was craving). Ended up with:

Instant Chow Mein - Shrimp Flavor

Ate about 1/3 or so… wasn’t really feeling it. Then got showered, dressed and ready to go!

Stopped at sbizzle and got my usual.

Then ate 1.5 quesadillas, made with oaxaca cheese and flour prepared by my mommy. Da bomb. Then spent some time preparing for the graduation and running to the store. Grad took place. The kiddies were soooo adorable. Then dinner! No pictures, because I was too busy inhaling 2 tacos (one of chicken, one of carnitas), some rice and beans, 1 pork tamale with red sauce, 1 quesadilla and some tres leches cake. Nom nom nom. The ppl hired to cater the party made some delicious tacos, delectable beans, tamale and rice were alright, cake was delish.

Then clean up! Lots of packing and unpacking. Then home. At home, drank some sangria with the parental units and munched on some left over carne asada. We have mexican food left over for the rest of life. So much food.

Push It to the Limit!

So Thursday Update cause i didn’t post yesterday.

Woke up, nommed on some larabar, coffee and a sample bite of cookie

and went to the optometrist. Then came home and completed… Day 3 of the fitnesssista’s SSU. SPEED TRAINING!!!!

OMG this kicked my ass, but felt good. I think it also made me super hungry through out the rest of the day. 🙂

Day 3: Speed

Option 1: On the track or trail
-Run moderately for 5 minutes to warm up
-Sprint for 45 seconds

-Sprint 45 seconds

From this, came home, showered and rushed off to the optometrist. Then stopped by Baja Fresh/Borders for some lunchie/caffeine (another doppio espresso w/cream, from SBC this time).

This salad was pretty good, but huge so I only ended up eating half as I rushed off to babysit. I tried to find the nutrition info for this online, but couldn’t. :-/

Once I got to the house, loved  babysitting the precious. Her dad left some One Speed pizza for me, so of course I had to eat some. One Speed makes such delicious food. Thin crust, light cheese, delicious pepperoni and fresh basil…. mmmmm…..

Then walked about 1.5 miles later in the day during my babysitting job with the little one and the adorable puppy. 🙂

After this, I went to Cheree’s house and chilled for a bit. She fed me as well… i need to stop associating with so many delicious makers in such a short span… lol…

Chicken Breast baked in TJ Mango Salsa with a little white rice

Yum. Then we went to go watch Clash of the Titans. It was alright. The special effects were pretty good. Story line had some logical fallacies… so grrr. Returned to Cherry’s, and devoured the rest of my salad, as well as watched the tail end of the movie “North Country”. Charlize Theron is pretty good in this movie.

Then drove home, and got seduced by Jack in the Crack. Got a three items for three dollars deal. Plain Jr. Bacon burger, small fry and eggroll. I think my palate is changing a little, cause fast food sounds yummy, but then I eat it, and it seems lacking. Don’t think I will be going to jack in the crack again soon. :-/ Although… i will say… Jack in the Box’s nutritional info online is awesome. It even lets you see what the nutrition is for items that you personalize. I wish every where was like that. 🙂

Randz Day

So today was a totally random day.

I woke up and devoured a yogurt bowl.

Chobani Raspberry with Flax Seed, Craisins, TJ Almond Butter with Flax Seed and Fiber Cereal

For lunch, I had an Atlantic Salmon Filet in some sort of seasoning marinade. It was pretty good, for from the freezer and nuked quality. This made me feel much better for some reason. I was feeling all icky before this, but the fishy in my tummy made all things right. Also munched on some TJ Choco Crack Cookies… i swear… they are addicting.

For exercise today, I ended up going for a walk/run with the googies. Total distance: 2.69 miles, probably .85 miles of which was ran. Whoo hoo! Then I came home and switched up the fitnessista’s plan, so instead of speed training, I did yoga! Downloaded 25 minute podcast and got to stretching and posing. It felt wonderful, and the podcast that i did was for runners, so it caters to that specific stress being placed on your body.

After this, dinner was 1/2 a slice of luigi’s pepperoni pizza with ranch. Also devoured a couple Biscoff cookies. Then random outing to Club 21! Danced for about 1.5 hours in a very hot (temperature, not eye candy wise), gay club. While at the club, I had a grapefruit and rum drink, which was not too tasty, but can’t complain for 3 bucks. Then came home and decided to eat a snack before getting ready for bed.
